We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adaptive Ski or Snowboard Coaches to join our Snowsports team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, inclusive coaching sessions to individuals with a wide range of physical, sensory, and learning disabilities, helping participants develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of snow sports in a safe and supportive environment. Duties include planning and adapting lessons to meet individual needs, using specialist adaptive equipment where required, promoting safe practices on the slopes, and providing exceptional guest care to participants and their families. You will work closely with other team members and support staff to ensure every guest receives an engaging and positive experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised adaptive ski or snowboard coaching qualification, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to inclusion and accessibility in sport. To deliver the highest standard of coaching for all our guests.

Qualifications

A good standard of GCSEs (or equivalent)

BASI Level 1 or equivalent qualification.
